| 4. What type of business will be in the building? |
Answer: A Dentist office, A Real Estate office, A Physical Therapy office and a Prestigious Legal Firm have all decided to join our location in Williamsburg.
The Tennessee location is currently awaiting new owners. |
| 5. Who will manage building? |
| Answer: A condominium association is formed for this purpose. You and the other new owners will have voting rights on what happens in your building. |
| 6. How much are the projected condo fees? |
Answer: The condominium fees usually include (but not limited to) electric house meter, water, sewage, security/fire alarm system monitoring, telephone service for the monitoring systems, building cleaning of the common areas, grounds maintenance, building insurance, building improvements, elevator maintenance, exterior window washing and parking lot cleaning.
The estimated condominium fees run approximately .10 cents a square foot. For example if you purchase a 1220 square foot suite, your fees will be $122.00 per month!
